Anne Curtis Smith, a Filipino Australian model-actress TV host, entrepreneur and recording artist has been awarded numerous accolades throughout her professional career. These include two FAMAS Awards one Luna Award and two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards. Her film work has led to her nominated for 8 PMPC Star Awards in the Movies category and two Gawad Urian Award. Curtis played the role of Hiram Kampanerang Kuba (2005), Maging Sino ka Man Dyosa (2007) Green Rose (2011) as well as Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2003). Mars Ravelos Dyesebel was her first appearance as the Komiks iconic character Dyesebel. She also hosted the It's Showtime noontime show (2009-2010) Anne Curtis was born in Melbourne, Australia on the 17th of February 1985. She is a Filipina and an Australian actress. Over the course of her career, she has received numerous awards like those two FAMAS Awards two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards and as well being awarded five PMPC Star Awards. In addition, she was nominated twice for Gawad Urian Awards in addition to 8 PMPC Star Awards in the films. She also hosted It's Showtime on the afternoon (2009-2010) Curtis was born in Yarrawonga, Victoria, Australia the daughter of Carmencita Ojales a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan and James Ernest Curtis Smith, an Australian lawyer. Her father was married to Ojales in 1982. Her youngest brother Jasmine is also an actor. Clare was diagnosed with a heart condition in 2007, when she was barely four months old.
